Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Companies Act, 2013, having its registered address at Flat No 1949, Bluebell Tower, Gour Saundarayam, GH-05C, Sec-Techzone-4, Noida-201318, Uttar Pradesh (“Breakout”, “we”, “us” or “our”) manages and operates a lending platform on the website located at the URL https://www.breakout.one/ under the brand name  Breakout (collectively referred to as the “Website”) which acts as an online platform facilitating business enterprises (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy “) forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, the Terms of Use and adopts the definitions used therein.
