Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of Companies Act, 2013, having its registered address at Flat No 1949, Bluebell Tower, Gour Saundarayam, GH-05C, Sec-Techzone-4, Noida-201318, Uttar Pradesh (“Breakout”, “we”, “us” or “our”) manages and operates a lending platform on the website located at the URL https://www.breakout.one/ under the brand name  Breakout (collectively referred to as the “Website”) which acts as an online platform facilitating business enterprises (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy “) forms part of, and should be read in conjunction with, the Terms of Use and adopts the definitions used therein.

Please read this document as we take the privacy of our Users seriously and We are committed to safeguarding the personal information that You provide Us while using the Website, and We would like to assure You that we are not going to misuse any of the aforesaid information.

Provided any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as sensitive personal data or Sensitive Information.
• Personal Information provided by you in relation to the use of the Website: In order for you to access the Website, we may collect your Personal Information and / or Sensitive Information as may be required for the purposes connected thereto. We endeavour to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

• Breakout may make disclosures of information diligently which is required pursuant to law or court order or under any legal procedure. We may or may not notify you for the same.

Breakout is not, nor does it claim or portray to be, an NBFC or lender. Breakout is not registered with the RBI.
