💂 What we are looking for

• 3+ years experience in product, interaction, and visual design
• Strong understanding of design thinking processes and highly polished visual design skills.
• Deep empathy for users and a strong drive to deliver features and experiences that your users love and advocate.
• Experience in defining the UI direction of an entire product.
• Ownership mentality: comfortable owning entire features, and ability to work with stakeholders across the company to make sure things are done as required.
• History of shipping: the ability to ship products end-to-end in reasonable time frames. Ideally, a track record of working on products over time.
• Experience building out and organizing a design system.
• You're interested in helping founders around the world unlock growth in a better way.

• You'll join a small and niche product and design team. Where we don't obsess over our solutions but on the problems we are trying to solve for our users.

• You'll design meaningful products aimed at helping businesses of all sizes grow on their own terms.
• You'll have strong ownership over your projects.

• You'll define our UI design system and work closely with the product and engineering team to push out experiences our users enjoy.

We use Sketch, Figma, Invision and Zeplin for pretty much everything. Open Adobe XD as well.
